Two Grove City police officers were suspended after a man accused of kidnapping a woman twice escaped their custody
The US Marshals Office is assisting the Grove City Division of Police in the search for a man accused of kidnapping a woman twice.
WEB Bagley is considered armed and dangerous, according to Grove City Police. They say they have been actively investigating the case since the first kidnapping was reported on July 15.
On July 22, Bagley was arrested by Grove City Police and charged with kidnapping. He was taken to the Franklin County Jail, but escaped from custody on July 23.
The US Marshals Office is now offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to Bagley's arrest.
Anyone with information about Bagley's whereabouts is asked to call the US Marshals Office at 1-866-863-4394.

Two Grove City police officers have been suspended after a man accused of kidnapping a woman twice escaped their custody.
The officers were suspended on July 24, the day after WEB Bagley escaped from the Franklin County Jail.
Grove City Police Chief Richard Brackin says the officers are being investigated for their role in Bagley's escape.
Brackin says the investigation is ongoing and no further information will be released at this time.
